Jean C. Polo, Jr. is a Partner at Polo | Pimentel Law, P.A. His practice spans commercial real estate transactions, contract disputes, Title III ADA claims, and courtroom litigation at the state and federal level. Clients turn to him when the stakes require both sharp transactional judgment and the willingness to litigate when a deal goes sideways.
He regularly appears in numerous judicial districts representing clients in every phase of litigation — from pre-suit demand letters through trial and appeal. That courtroom experience informs every transaction he touches: the contracts he drafts are written by someone who knows exactly which clauses get tested in court.
Jean earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2014 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2015. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Florida. Beyond the firm, he serves on the boards of the Innovative Community Engagement Foundation and Magic City NORML.
He was drawn to the law because Miami-Dade's real estate and business communities deserve representation that reflects the full breadth of what they build. He delivers it in English, Spanish, and — through the firm's trilingual team — in Haitian Creole.
“Contracts get drafted by someone who knows what holds up in court. That's the difference.”
