Emerson E. Pimentel is a Partner at Polo | Pimentel Law, P.A. His practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate, business litigation, and personal injury representation. He has facilitated closings of Florida properties with aggregate transaction values exceeding $100 million.
Before founding the firm, Emerson built deep ground-level expertise in foreclosure litigation as a paralegal — work that exposed him to every step of how real estate disputes unfold in the real world. During law school he interned with the Honorable Ronald C. Dresnick of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, where he observed firsthand how judges evaluate evidence and weigh arguments in complex civil matters.
Emerson earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2014 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2015. He holds a B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida.
His clients include first-time homebuyers, foreign national investors, developers, and local business owners — each of whom gets the same careful attention to contract language, title review, and closing mechanics that the firm is known for.
