Mr. Jean C. Polo, Jr. is managing partner of Polo Pimentel Law, P.A. He began his legal career with a focus in business civil litigation, commercial and residential real estate. Jean has worked on a multitude of matters, representing both Petitioners and Respondents in complex divorce, custody, alimony, child support, and complex domestic violence cases. In addition to family cases, he has represented clients in criminal and immigration courts.
Jean has since narrowed his focus by specializing in Title III ADA claims and has provided legal opinion and counsel for clients regarding commercial real estate and contract disputes throughout the state of Florida. Jean regularly appears in numerous judicial districts representing clients in all aspects of litigation, including trials.

Mr. Emerson E. Pimentel is a founding partner at Polo Pimentel Law, P.A., and practices in the areas of Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Business Litigation, Personal Injury and Family Law. Emerson has facilitated closings of South Florida properties with aggregate values of over 10 Million dollars. Emerson has represented clients in Construction and Business related disputes and is an avid litigator, having successfully argued in multiple courts throughout the State of Florida.
Emerson has diverse litigation experience, prior to attending Florida International University College of Law, Emerson worked in foreclosure litigation as a paralegal for The Law Office of Kaufman, Englett, & Lynd, PLLC, and Butler & Hosch, P.A., where he learned the ins and outs of motion practice. As a law student, Emerson interned with The Honorable Ronald C. Dresnick of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, where he gained valuable insight on the persuasiveness of complex legal arguments and research. These experiences have guided Emerson in successfully traversing the complicated fields of Law practiced in this firm.

An experienced business development and consultancy specialist, with a background in law and entrepreneurship, Mr. Tsolov holds a B.S. Double Major in International Affairs and Political Science from the Florida State University and J.D. from the Florida International University College of Law. Volen joined Polo Pimentel Law, P.A., in 2016, and since then, he has been a valuable addition to our team. Volen has helped lead the firm to consistent growth and is always proactive in developing business strategies and aiding in legal research.
Over the last four years, Mr. Tsolov has contributed his experiences with successful law firms and startups to grow the firm's business and assist the firm in closing over $50 million in real estate and other transactions on behalf of it's clients.
